10K Training Program

November 6th, 2017- December 16th
2017 You have new goals and you are ready to “go farther.” Let Red Coyote help you reach those goals you've set for yourself with our Go Farther 10K Training Program.

This support based program is designed for participants who can run (run/walk) a minimum of 3 miles, and want a structured program that will assist them in increasing their mileage from the 5k to the 10k distance.   • 6-week customized program building toward 10K/6.2 mile goal
  • Two fully supported group workouts a week on Monday evening & Saturday mornings (participants must be able to run/walk a mile in 15 min or less)
  • A workout schedule for in between weekly group workouts
  • A Red Coyote Go Farther Program running technical t-shirt
  • Entry fee into the Graduation Run on Saturday, December 16th (no substitutions)
  • Positive support, coaching, and a fun group to keep you motivated!

  • Program kickoff - Monday, November 6th at 6:00pm at Stars and Stripes Park ball fields (south end of Lake Hefner – intersection of Portland and S. Lake Hefner Drive. Take your first RIGHT as soon as you enter the Park area)
  • Monday evening workouts at 6:00PM at Stars and Stripes Park
  • Optional Tuesday Group Run at 6:00pm at Red Coyote Edmond
  • Saturday morning workouts at 8:00am at various running courses, streets/neighborhoods around OKC area. (maps supplied as needed)
  • 5K Newbie Program
